01Why I coach
Only another artist understands what you're going through.
I understand how challenging it can be to build an art practice while balancing work, family, and a social life. After years in sales and commercial real estate, I returned to school in New York to study art and have spent the past 30 years navigating the many stages of creative work. I know how easy it is to lose sight of what you set out to do and feel like giving up. You try to work through the overwhelming frustration that only another artist understands. In our session, I'll listen, offer thoughtful feedback, and help you find a strategy and focus that will enable you to gain clarity and develop a plan to achieve your goals. I know firsthand how challenging it can be to figure out where to focus your time and energy and that's exactly why I created these sessions! Whether you're looking for exhibition opportunities, refining your professional materials, or simply feeling a little stuck, we'll spend our time together focusing on you, your work, and your next steps.
You can schedule one session or a bundle of four, which is often plenty of time to get things moving in the direction you want. I look forward to meeting you and working together!
